Default DELL warning

I bought an Inspiron 24 5475 last year, the internet connection keeps dropping out, the touch screen stopped working, audio won't work if you sign in on a 2nd account, performance is poor for a 8gb memory, basically it is dog w***. Dell support told me it was all Microsoft's problem and to contact them, Microsoft told me it was DELL's problem to sort.

I mentioned the issues on the DELL forum and was banned without warning!

Please I implore you to avoid this Brand or perhaps just that PC.

Just ordered four and a half thousand of their 3050's. Our entire estate is Dell (apart from our storage arrays which are Pure) and we have very few problems.

Isn’t it under warranty ? My advise with dell is buy their accident cover amazingly I had 3 laptops get wet and each time dell sent me a brand new next model up.... I started with a precision 6400 went to a 6500 and finally ended up with a 6600 xtreme core i7 I can’t fault them....

best way is to flatten your laptop start a fresh and just see if it does it again

then contact dell on phone and bull**** them you’ve tried windows 7 and 10 and it’s still the same

finally got Dell to remotely get on my PC, they've sorted the sound issue and internet speed issue but say the touchscreen issue will need a new motherboard 😔, warranty has just run out.
