If I come home with a torch and told my wife it cost 500 notes I think she would wrap it round my head for me

Crazy to see what a handheld torch can do nowadays. It’s a weapon! Wouldn’t mind something like that at some point but don’t think I’d wanna stretch to more than a 100 quid..

I got it for £397 with a discount code, there are a few lights under a 100 quid that have serious power. The Astrolux MF01 has 12000 lumens and can be had for less than £60 with a discount code. The Emisar D4S is a must at around £40-50, it's "only" got 4600 lumens but it's tiny and comes with a 26 year runtime on lowest light mode!!

Codes probably won't work whilst it's currently on offer (£87 to £63) The Nichia option has the best tint but it's "only" about 8000 lumens.

If you're after a pocket torch, this £27 animal will light up a field easily and comes with USB charging, the tint of the NICHIA 219C option is to die for, pure sunlight, no horrid blue tinge to the light output. It's sold as 1600 lumens but in tests it kicks out 3000!

It can be had for £22 now with the discount code 9f1297 - https://goo.gl/e1KXAi
Really worth the money, I reviewed it for youtube a few days ago and it blew my mind for the price, I've bought 2 extra as Xmas gifts.

The light was designed by the guys on budgetlightforums who know their onions, when I argue with them they answer in equations.
This light is almost perfection, I asked them to remove some of the features but I understand why they won't.

I just have 2 outdoor lanterns with a 12watt LED bulb in each from B&Q in them.
you can get 50 watt LED garden floodlights similar to the classic 500w halogen garden floodlight but they lack class

I've just ordered 2 for xmas gifts. I'll order more if they drop below £20.
Make sure you lock it out when carrying it in your pocket, all my pockets have burn holes in them as I don't learn.

Not good, it's the first time i've used Bang Good.

I've just had an email from them saying my order is out of stock and won't be back in stock until the 17/11/18 yet it was in stock when i ordered it and if you go on their website now it's still showing as being in stock in green and your able to add it to your basket.

happened to me last month, they refunded me and the light still showed up!
9 days isn't too bad a wait.

Yeh, it's just if you add the delivery time which i think it says around 10 days plus an extra 9 days waiting for it to come back into stock it could be around 3 weeks.

yeah, the reason it says in stock is because the other LED option is still available. The NICHIA destroys it though. The colour rendering will blow your mind.

i am looking for one to use for dog walking which can be recharged using a usb socket. I need to be able to spot the wild boar and the charge last for approx 45 mins. What do you recommend. my budget is £50/60 pounds.

This is a £70 torch, but it can be had for £50 with the discount code YMR70

It has USB charging and reversible charging to double as a powerbank.
It ships with a 5500mAh battery for excellent runtimes.
It has 3500 lumens and a range of 258 metres.
It has a 200 lumen warm white sidelight for camping or reading etc.
Glow in the dark bezel.
Comes with holster, lanyard and cables.

I reviewed it this year and I rank it the best all-rounder on the market. I have 90 lights but if I could only have 1....

https://www.banggood.com/Rofis-MR70-...15067332201710 (use coupon code YMR70 at checkout)
