all details sent , call from some irish call centre wanting run diagnostics , to put me off buying 25 quid battery , and sure enough its something wrong with the software ..... bound to be wasnt it

Told him il have battery anyway thanks. He said fine we'll organize it ,let you know when we've got one ..

There is something very peculiar about the charging cycles with this particular unit though .

youd almost swear it knows its not being plugged into apple authorized equipmen t , and punishing you for it . Dropped from 80 to 20 , to 1 percent this morning

It doesn't. Use that story in your quest of "getting one up ( back ) on them" it won't work but it will keep you busy.

So got to shop today , mr genuis tells me whats actually written down on his repair sheet/diagnostics IS in fact that battery is gone ....
But its busy so will take FOUR HOURS swop out battery ...
