Gran Turismo and Forza 7
Well as some of you know Gran Turismo Demo dropped last night making way for the 18th, and ive already got Forza 7 and project cars 2
Loving GT and the visuals are amazing, loads to do even in the demo, i also love the way you keep hammering away at the events to get gold, some i must have done 30 times LOL
Forza is too a work of art
project cars 2 is flippin hard proper driving needed here
anybody else tried them

Dont like how rival doesnt have world times on all the circuits,
Used to be top 1% X Class Nurburgring on Forza 6,
Need some good ghosts to race against.

I’ve got pc2 and f7 on Xbox. Loved the look of GT when I watched some last night but don’t own a pisser 4. Just finishing up a Clio cup series of races with Team hard online race series.

GT Sport for PS4 has had mixed reviews so makes me wonder whether to bother. Great visuals apparently, but the style of play is exactly the same as previous games. Also, if your offline (internet not connected) you're very limited on what you can actually do with the game.

Forza 7 is arcade not a sim like GTS which is all about the online aspect that's supposed to be superb, mines been delivered, will be thrashing it tonight. From what I have read so far the handling is nothing like in previous GT titles and much better, we will see. It does have a single player /offline content and campaign (sort of) but who doesn't have a net connection these days anyway

yea its pretty dam good so far, driving school as frustrating as ever sound effects and eye candy are really decent. Handling/dynamics are excellent so far.
Got a white 2015 wrx sti as my free car, which i own irl, was weird

Ok its awesome, the gfx are next level, well for a console, zero lag at 60fps. Handling is a lot harder than in previous titles and more realistic, perfect, but it still suffers from the snap oversteer on the pad (apparently this is being addressed in an update) not so much with a decent wheel.
Sounds at last are vastly improved a GTR for e.g on full chat actually sounds like a GTR.
Replays are the best i've seen in a console racing sim, its almost photo realistic at times. It must be epic in HDR.
And there are so many things/options to play with, photo editor has had a revamp, you can do full custom car livery at last, its pretty staggering actually compared to the competition imo.
Downsides;
Still no damage model!
If the GT network goes down for maintenance you can only play the 1 player options, AI races etc.
Loading times not brilliant.

Nah, played it a few times though on mates xbones, i'm all about the sims got them all, asseto corsa, project cars 1/2, f1 2017, driveclub etc etc
F7 is too arcadey, not a big enough challenge.
AC for realism is still king imo, GTS comes a close 2nd.

i just got gold in all licences bar the last 1 gotta drive like bat outa hell round a circuit, i go all out and i,ll still 4 secs short LOL
them rally licences were a bast to get gold....
