Default expired tokens, eh?

why when im signed in and select a post/subforum to view does it come up with message about expired token and wont let me see anything.

ive tried logging out, deleting all cookies and then signing in again but to no avail.

funny enough if you dont login and view forum as a guest it works ok, bar all the usual advert guff.
