Mode Switching not working.

Mode Switching not working.
For those who have reported that the three mode buttons at the top of the screen makes no difference for them, could you please do the following :
go to https://www.scoobynet.com/profile.php?do=editoptions
and test the different layout options at the bottom of the options list.
Please let me know if this makes any difference for you.
Cheers
Simon

OK tried this in Firefox and I can see why people are saying its not working. The changes are miniscule in that the grey banner bar at either side of the page if in centred or to the right are very very small. However they do change you just have to stare at the screen to notice the change. This is in a resolution of 1024x768.
I used the full mode setting on my home pc last night using a resolution of 1440x980 and it worked fine with a noticeable difference in appearance.

ah ok.
So it IS working, its just that the resolution of the screen means that they are not noticing the difference.
Thank you
So.
If you are using 1024x768 resolution, the fact that the entire site is designed now for your resolution, means that these settings will have very little effect, if any, as they are not necessary for you.

Excuse me if it's just me being thick here (probably!) but I don't have any banner ads down the sides of the forum - only a 'Win a PSI3' one along the top.
I am using firefox, 1024x768 resolution, but I have not allowed googlesyndication on my NoScript browser add-on - is this why? The forum header (with the PSI3 add etc) takes up the full screen, but the actual 'posts' part of the forum is left-justified.

Hi oobster
Yes, that will be why. We would sincerely appreciate it if you would remove this blocking for scoobynet, as it stops us being able to earn money to cover the costs of you downloading pages.
I'm not suggesting you're a freeloader, as you've paid for the full member + upgrade.
