tein set up
My forester came with TEIN cool style type master wagon coilovers. the car is sitting too high right now. if i wanted to lower it, can i just wind them down? there aren't any other settings on them so don't think spring rate is adjustable. any advise ?

this is how it sits

Hi there
Yes you should be able adjust ride height on yours coilovers, adjusting you will do by adjusting collars on bottom of the shock, you will need C-spanner,which can be easily to purchase
On top of the shock you can only do adjusting of damping from soft to hard or from hard to soft
Here is link on yours coilovers
