Default ARB settings
Ive just ordered a set of whiteline adjustable ARB's for my wrx bug wagon.

Also got a set of the steel wire style drop links.

What firmness setting front and rear is recommended for the ARB's?

If got BC coilovers fitted if that makes a difference?

I'm soft front and medium rear, but that's on 24mm front and back. Most people use 22 front and 24 back.
