Evening all,

I'm after a bit of info regarding a neutral/mid-range set of springs to fit to my RM series BC's. I've been on the web page but am still a little confused to what springs will be right for the job. I've had the coilovers for a year or so now, bought off here, with a very firm spring rate setup, something like 8/6 comes to mind? I do have the exact numbers somewhere. Can someone recommend what rates would be a good setup for fast road and occasional track use?
