Question What EJ20/turbo is in a UK model GC?

Hey guys I'm not very familiar with the UK spec classics and can't find a good amount of info short of tracking down each car and looking at the vin plate. So what EJ20 motor and turbo comes in the the classic UK Turbo 2000 Models through the years? EJ20G/K/EJ205 - TD04 or TD05? Would love to get a jap import model again (prev had a 95 wrx and 95 sti ra in japan) but they're way over priced here for my liking and the exchange rate kills me

For the UKDM 'Turbo 2000'...

"Phase 1", MY94-96:
EJ20G
TD05H 16g top entry (all variants*)
208bhp / 201lb ft

"Phase 1.5", MY97/98:
EJ20G**
TD04L 13g front entry
208bhp / 214lb ft

"Phase 2", MY99/00:
EJ205***
TD04L 13g front entry
215bhp / 214lb ft

*Many people think the MY94-96 UKDM wagon aped the JDM version, and was fitted with the TD04L T.E. Allegedly, this is not the case.
Indeed, there's a misconception that the saloon is fitted with it too.

**The MY97/98 JDM also has the EJ20K which, I think, is exclusively the designation for the STi block -- although don't quote me on that.

***The MY99/00 JDM also has the EJ207 which, I think, is exclusively the designation for the STi block -- although don't quote me on that.
