Don't buy second hand they will be no good.
You need clips that come with them.

thanks for both replies, i would prefer to buy new however have struggled to find any at all! if there is some in good condition second hand id be willing to get them.

Buy them from dealers they're not that expensive. Also seen them online for about £80ish
