Default New possible owner advice needed

Hi all very new here never owned a scooby before but found this fairly local

Does anybody know the car? does anything jump out as being odd? price ok? Its going to be a second car/track car

Looks ok subject to finding out who rebuilt the engine (if it is indeed a closed deck block) and who mapped it/to suit what mods. If the above has been done by someone reputable then it looks a decent buy.
If u are planning to track it then factor in money for brake upgrade, fuel swirl pot and baffled sump plate

It refers to the engine block.SJ.

P Reg WRX would not have a closed deck as standard hence it must have either a) been rebuilt or b) details aren't true.
If someone has gone to the extent of replacing for closed deck and forged rebuild then expect receipts - if not then i would walk away.
