Got mine from Halfords (was special order but only took 3 days), cost £12.95.

 

Is there a cable Harness converter to convert the Standard MY94 wiring to a Modern Stereo universal connector (i.e Single plug 'Subaru end' to twin plug 'stereo end').

I found one for a Justy and Legacy but not an Impreza.

Try the bigger Halfords. Had mine in stock, but hidden in a drawer. Said that the bigger ones would be stocking it normally. When in doubt, ask.
