20" wheels on a 5 series
Does anyone have 20" wheels on an e60 5 series? I'm tempted to get some but don't know if 19's would be better for handling?

I've read somewhere that 19's on normal tyres (i.e. not run flats) is the best all round package for the E60.
Mine is on 18's with run flats, it's okay but doesn't instill confidence + you're on the look out for potholes to avoid the whole time. I suspect 20's would be similarly harsh.
Might look at getting some 19s for mine at some point + a spare wheel kit.

Does it have M-sport or SE suspension? As that will have an effect as some of the rubberised bushings are different.
I have 20" on a F07...they still look tiny
Ride is attrocious on UK roads with the RFTs; But its fine in France and Spain though....

I doubt you'd notice the handling difference unless you are on a track. The difference would be ride and looking a ****.

And they will look cool....Are they the deep 5 spoke design ?
I had 20" wheels on my E60 about 5 years ago...There was hardly any choice at the time..

Being unsure about the handling I bought the same 19" M6 wheels that is on hail-hail's car. I hope to have them on at the weekend?
