Default classic sti fuel pressure

hi all
i'm in the process of upgrading my fuel pump and adding a adjustable fuel pressur regulator ready for mapping in a couple of weeks. could anybody tell me what pressure i should be setting it to please

3 bar I believe is stock......

Mine runs 3.3 Bar.

I have an alarm set of the Defis if it falls below 3 Bar ABOVE boost.

As above 3 Bar at idle. Some mappers may turn this up a little if the injectors are maxed out.
