P1 & Downpipe

My new Scoobysport Downpipe & ITG air filter arrives tomorrow but is it worth changing the centre cat pipe as well???
Power difference????
Better sound???
Advice would be helpful??

No point in changing the centre pipe on the P1 for performance gains......it hasnt got a cat.

It has not got a cat but I understand that it has a resonator/silencer section which if removed gives less restriction.
