Default HYBRID / HDi INTERCOOLER GROUP BUY

Will post more details when I get a moment. The Hybrid kits need no real introduction, have been around years and are the first choice kits which outperform kits 2 or 3 times the price - not even worth comparing to cheapo generic £199 kits.

Must be mad at these prices which are already very keenly priced on our website.

10% OFF our usual price for 5 kits, 15% OFF our usual price for 10 kits.

All in stock and ready for delivery. £12.99 UK Mainland, £29.99 for the rest of Europe.

Available for:

Need more people involved.

People seem happier paying full price as and when they need them.

Needs to be 25% and free delivery to get people interested IMHO

These were £440 about a month or so ago Not exactly a headline grabbing group buy

Not a dig at you but these just aren't attractive at this money

25% and free delivery would be nice, but we could buy 100s of units and not get them at that price.

£449 if you are referring to the GC8 kits. This group buy is for an additional 10 to 15% off that. Trade prices are tight on these and it's stepping on toes to even do them at that price.

£382 for a GT2 intercooler kit, you would need to go back years to see them available for less than that and manufacturing costs and prices have only gone up since.

Even at full retail, which branded kit even comes close to the performance and quality of a HDi kit? Perrin, APS, both of which have been tested in the past to be out performed by the HDi intercooler and at what 2 or 3 times the price?

Not even worth comparing them to the 199 intercoolers you see sold on here and ebay - we used to sell them for £160 to people not too fussed about quality and leaving power on the table.

Nothing is even close at this price bracket and they are cheap not because they are a cheap product, but as they are purchased in bulk and sold on with little margin.

We've been in the intercooler market for years have sold all sorts, we even had our own intercoolers manufactured but there is no getting away from the HDi coolers with their low pressure drop and superior flow. That's the reason that this 850bhp Time Attack Pro car has used the HDi cooler for years and still continues to do so - without sponsorship I might add:

This GB was an opportunity to lighten our stocks whilst saving SNetters some money, it appears that people are just happier paying the normal price though and ordering them as and when they need them which is fine by us - we just won't run a GB on them again.

Kit / Web Price / 10% OFF GB PRICE / 15% OFF GB PRICE

The good old days, over 2 dollars to a pound.

It should be £449, I will take a look in the morning. Either way, the GB price is based on a normal price of £449.

Cheers,

No probs £382 is pretty much 20% and free delivery off £499 anyway so at 15% on £449 it's a good deal and where I'd be interested Was worth posting just to clarify

Your question has already been addressed. We used to sell the old GT Specs at that price years ago but the prices that we sell them for now are the best available.

They outperform any cooler at 2 or 3 times the price so represent very good value for money still.

I'd be interested to know as well, as I'm looking for a FMIC

Order online and get it the next day, simples

If you have a query, send an email to aztecperformance@gmail.com with the appropriate subject as we get so much spam for Viagra etc.

Had a quick question, I've got an APS CAI and was wondering if this would fit with your GT2 Pro FMIC on the MY06 STi (2.5 Hawkeye)?

Cheers

Hi Marc,

No, APS CAI won't work directly or without modification with the FMIC.

A normal induction kit will be fine and will allow you to run a bigger filter.

Hope this helps

For your model, a HDi CAI is included anyway with the front mount intercooler. You can sell the APS CAI and spend it on other mods.

In reply to the guy below:

1. These kits fit a Spec C, you just weren't prepared to do the work involved to fit it.
2. I never refused to send you the returns address, our address is plastered on all emails and correspondence, further to that it was sent to you as a returns address on email.
3. You tried to return the item over 2 months later, you refused a full credit, an offer which we didn't need to make and was held open for some 3 months in order to help you over and beyond.

It's a shame that you resort to such antics given that I have gone out of my way to help you.

I've now got mine for sale. Bought from Aztec and it simply didn't fit my Spec C.
Tried to return many times but Bob refused to send return address.
If you have a non standard car, just don't buy one. If you want good customer service, don't use them.
However, if you have a standard Sti, and can collect from Cheshire area, I have a brand new, one for sale most parts didn't even get opened....£400.
