Default 2003 sti impreza dead in 5th and 6th?!!!

hello i recently changed the boost pipe going from my airbox to my turbo that goes underneath the manifold to do this i had to move a series of vaccum pipes fuel lines etc and of course the manifold but now the car is dead in 5th and 6th gear? any ideas what could cause this and does anyone have a vaccum pipe diagram for a 2003 sti that i could use to check all of them please?
Any help appreciated

As above if the inlet pipe is poor quality could be collapsing under boost!!

Where did you get the inlet pipe from coz if it was a cheap one that could be the problem!!
