I'd like to say a big thanks to the guys at Powerstation for sorting my car.

It kept cutting at high boost/revs. Turned out to be 4 (!) damaged ignition coils. They replaced those and the plugs.

Then had the bumpsteer mod done. Then they noticed my pads and discs were completely worn so had some Tar-Ox drilled/grooved discs and pads fitted.

Car is now driving superbly. Richard there increased the boost from 0.9 to 1.1 Bar also. So it is now goin, stopping and handling better although I haven't "properly tested" it yet.

Saw the two Litchfield Evo 7s there - they looked superb and the guy working there said they handle amazingly.

Slight dent in the wallet but I am a very happy chappy.

Before I was leaving this absolutely awesome prototype came for tuning. It is called a Spyker. Stunning to look at in and out. Has a 4.2 V6 from Audi. Currently about 350 BHP but will be about 450 when finished. Got chatting to a guy working on the project said that they had it up against the company's Ferrari 360 (?) and beat it quite convincingly. Can't wai to see the finished article.

Ian - that's the fella. Sounded absolutely awesome. One of the guys there 'with a clipboard' (!) was Dutch - I think he was in charge of the project. They have taken 40 orders already apparently.

Yeah, I know that is the fella, I was there

It did sound the business, you cannot beat a V8 for noise. It sounded even better once the mapping had been done, I.e. it howled.

But with the price they are asking for one, I don't think I'll be putting my name down for one

Cheers

Ian
