I have v6 sti tipe-r and maybe need one witch Driveshafts are the same and wil fit?

Any sti newage will fit up to a wide track i believe or from a classic type ra with a r180 diff

the rears are specific to the r180 SET-UP but THE fronts are just std non ABS d/shafts

Whitch do i need for the rear than?

diff ratio makes no difference to fitment, as above any R180 non-widetrack shafts are what your after
