Default RALLYTECH Aluminium header tanks GROUP BUY

OK guys, this is a project we've been working on for ages and I wanted to really test the prototypes before putting them on sale.
Both of the original prototypes have been on my cars now for well over 6 months and have performed perfectly.

Production will start around the middle of this month, we aim to complete payments and ship the items at the end of this month.

Dimensions will be posted up later, this will let you confirm that fitment will be OK.

Product info
- this is a direct replacement for the OEM tank
- includes PTFE header tank spacer kit and new bolts as standard
- TIG welded aluminum construction
- uses your original radiator cap
- all pipes are beaded for a secure seal
- new ORBIT hose clamps included in the kit
- replacement lower hose included in the kit

Styles and color options
The header tanks are available in two different styles and three different powdercoated finishes.
Header tank styles Square style and tubular style
Powdercoat finishes Satin black, wrinkle black, satin silver

Postage options
Economy shipping (10-20 days) is included in the cost, express shipping (2-4 days) will be an extra 10GBP. Any import duty is responsibility of the buyer.

Price
Header tank, PTFE spacer kit, stainless steel bolts/nuts/washers, orbit hose clamps, replacement lower hose, economy shipping 80GBP RRP will be $150 US (100GBP approx.)

Pics
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE PROTOTYPES AND THE PRODUCTION RUN TANKS WILL HAVE NICER/SMOOTHER WELDS

Hey Mark, I don't think the number of HP will be relevant as this shouldn't change the coolant pressure.

These are pretty thick 1 piece aluminum and are fully TIG welded so will actually be better than the 2 piece OEM aluminum header tank, some of the OEM ones are made out of plastic also.

Sure will mate, they've been designed to be pretty much the same dimensions as the standard header tank.

I might be stating the obvious but there's not going to be any powder coating on the inside is there? Hot coolant and powder coat don't go well together.

Cheers Tim. May have been a bit of a strange question but having had problems with overspray on the inside of the filler neck on my standard header tank, I didn't want the same issue again.
