Breaking my spec’d version 6 Subaru turbo 2000
Its a rare WR-Sport edition with a sunroof.

Only reason im breaking this is to fund the new dyno and other equipment were investing in our garage or else id be keeping it.
I really don’t want to break it, its got some good bits on it.

So im breaking the whole car, if someone wants to buy the rolling shell (97,000miles) then let me know i can work something out for you, we have a few subarus that were breaking and building, so we can mix and match parts if needed.

I bought it with a forged 2.0 engine and its done me well, its using a vf29 turbo which was mapped on a ecutec’d licence by roger clark at 339bhp and 1.5bar of boost . However i think the turbo seals are gone as its started to smoke slightly on boost. I have a video that i will upload. Comes with lightweight pully on the engine as pictured,

Its been installed with a 6speed DCCD gearbox from the WR1, ive been told thats its not just the normal 6speed dccd gearbox and that its a much more rarer and sought after gearbox, as it has all the better ratios than a normal 6speed dccd box, and performs amazingly well. The car only runs at 1bar of boost which is around 300bhp and im gapping 400+ bugeye subarus and head to head al the way with a 450bhp pulsar, and its all down to the gearing in this immense gearbox. (this is one part of the car that i really don’t want to sell, because i aint gonna find another one, but the cash has to be raised one way or another)
Rear diff – mechanical clutch
Centre differential – DCCD (35:65)
Front differential - suretrac
Gearbox, shafts, prop, and matching rear diff, all of a WR1 including the 6speed WR1 gearknob - £2500 – which is cheap as this spec gearbox is worth £3k

Just to let everyone know ive decided to keep the gearbox, ive sorted alternative funding
something that im not going to be able to get hold of again that easily in the future. so it can stay now

no rust that ive seen to be honest, pretty clean shell.
id be taking all the fancy things out, and ive got most of the parts to put it back to standard, so really it could be a complete car, ive even got a gearbox, diff, shafts ect so it could be put back on rolling, all depends on what you want ect.
