Default Anyone bought anything online using paypal in a foreign currency?

http://pipperoo.jp/item/tablet_accessories/ipdm.html

It's an ipad mini case from Japan. 5910 JPY which is £38.37 using an online convertor (incl postage).

It's something i've never done before. Should it convert straight from Yen to Pounds, is it as simple as that.

Thanks.
I guess the only danger is the reputation of the site. I can't imagine Paypal has the same level of insurance as a credit card.
