had my my97 for three weeks now and posted a topic named creaky car in tech section about 8 days ago named creaky car. asking for help, advice on creakes coming from under the car when turning at low speeds pulling on driveway ect,was advised it was proberley warn drop links. So i got the wife to call local dealers to order them for the weekend so i could get them fitted.Listers my local dealers advised my wife to bring up the car so they could take a look as they were concerned that the drop links were to blame. Listers put the car on the ramps and took the keys off my wife and refused to let her drive it away,VERY BADLEY WORN BALL JOINT AND SOME *****!(PREVIOUS OWNER)HAD FOR SOME REASON BEEN MESSING WITH REAR ANTI ROLL BAR/DROPLINKS AND FITTED THE WHOLE LOT UPSIDE DOWN MAKING THE CAR A VIRTUAL DEATH TRAP.not knowing this the day before i was exeeding 140 mph on private motorway, the tale of this story is GET WHAT YOUVE BOUGHT CHECKED OUT!!!!!!
