1996 wrx colour
I have this car in 406. Is there any other silvers that year? Its because ive seen a bonnet on ebay but he doesnt have the colour code.

No sorry I'm just saying that the 262 variant exists in 1996
792 (Royal Silver) came in 1997.
imo there is no way of telling the exact shade of silver and tbh even if you get it sprayed to match 406 it may look different to the rest of the car as silver is a bugger to properly paint match.

You sure as hell know if you've got Royal Silver, it looks like someone pissed in the paint pot. 
262 and 406 are near enough identical, but as above on the paint match.
