Hi guys, I guess it's been asked before but I've got a uk spec car with electric speedo and the gearbox syncros are on way out, have got my hands on a import box n diff but with a cable drive speedo. I'm fine removing / refitting boxes etc ..... but can I swap speedo drivers over on gearboxes or do I need to change speedos and convert to cable driven
speedo ??

What the speedo drive unit in gearbox or the speedo itself (in dash)?
