Default Induction

I'm very new to all this so please forgive me.
I have a standard air box and filter in my sti. I can't afford an induction kit, so what do I need to spruce things up a little under the hood?

Agreed - for most people there really is nothing wrong with the default breathing kit. Even the better filter doesn't make a fantastic difference.
