Newage cars, question regarding the rear arches

Does anyone know how easy it is to remove the black plastic arch trim on newage cars?

Are they just stuck on or are they part of the actual panel?

the clips will break if you pull it off, it has two clips i think and some double sided tape.
easy to bond back on
