Thumbs up

Hi there,

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I know there are many professionals on this list, some of whom may be able to help me.

I'm involved in a charitable organisation which has been donated the building rights to some land by a kind beneficiary. The funds from the development, subject to planning consent, will be used to build a new school. In order to secure the land, we need to draw up a conditional development agreement with the guy donating the land.

Obviously, this could be a fairly complex legal document, so must be drafted by a solicitor. However, being an entirely voluntary organisation, our funds are limited.

So, is anyone here a solicitor with the relevant expertise (or do you know one) to draw up such an agreement, and if so would you be able to do it for a nominal fee or even for free?

If so, could you please email me (mark@otway.com) so we can discuss this.

Regards

Mark Otway
