Default Change the inlet turbo pipe?

Hello!

I have an impreza wrx, 00´year in modell, think its called turbo 2000 in the U.K but here in sweden it is called "GT". Anyway i was thinking soon to change the inlet pipe to an silicon one i found on ebay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-IMP...E:L:OC:GB:3160). Is it possible to change it without to lift the manifold? And its look very tight with the power steering fluid reservoir? And yes ive tried to search but som say it can be done and some say dont so what is it?

Greetings

Tobias
