I am in the process of building a track car impreza classic facelift. We are taking everything off of the car to the shell and starting again.

The big problem at the moment is what paint/ colour scheme to go with.

I know its a track car, but if i am going to repaint the whole thing i want it to look the nuts. Plus i want the project as much as the fun on track so i want it to look amazing.

Do i go:

Subaru classic wrc blue and yellow?
Plain white
Plain grey like RB5
Something like DC shoes
Gonna paint the base then add the colour with decals so it is easy repaired.

I just don't know what to do?????

Anyone got any ideas or samples you can post on here for me to see.

 

I may be daft but I always thought a classic track Scoob would look awesome in McLaren orange/black

 

Funny you should say that my misses said burnt prange and i thought about looking at F2 cars this morning for inspiration.

 

I think it would look spot on!

 

Lee (Toffee) is doing his in a similar colour on his hawk Spec-C time attack car, I think either orange or the funky Aston Martin blue with black.

 

Honda Championship white does it for me

 

McLaren MP4 or Audi Le Mans Silver?
