I think the gearing of a uk Sti would allow it or close to it, but having the power to pull it there is a different story

Clive is running around 560bhp and managed 172mph over about 1.5miles

i think it would be cheaper to buy an escort cosworth, do a Lipu on it and make it look like an impreza, spend about 5k on the engine and gearbox then you might come close and still have change to buy a real scooby than it would cost to get a scooby to 200 mph

 

I beat on of them. Passed him backed off let him past and went back past off the clock at 160 dont know how accurate the clock is though.
