best tool for cutting arches

not sure which tool to use.

ive seen cut off tools, one is the disk type like an angle grinder and the other is a small reciprocating saw.

any ideas which would be the best for the jobs

Disc cutter with a 1mm cutting blade. That would be my weaponry choice mate

angle grinder with a flap jack on wont get so hot ,get them at halfords 80grit
i take it your doing your arches so the wheels don,t rub
