spray or not to spray rb5 engine bay

Default spray or not to spray rb5 engine bay

Hello i need some opinions please my rb5 has her hart out just now and dont know if i should paint the engine bay the same color as the car as the engine bay is a **** gray and looks rank or should i leave it original ??????

Unless your willing to strip it fully then I wouldn't bother as it will look sh!te from anything closer than 10 yards away mate

If your going to do it properly, nows the time! You'll only regret it once the engines back in. It will look a lot tidier/well looked after if painted.

You will have to strip it out m8 but I am doing my one rite now mate go for it

do it!! as prodriverules say dont mask bit up just remove the whole lot and do it probably, will look much better! that photo above looks lovely!

very good painter by the looks of things know you do it for a living but still!

the one thing with subaru engine bay i get asked every time i show mine, whys it a different colour, all they get back because it is :P

My first impreza was a bug sti jdm in blue and it bugged the hell out of me that the engine bay was a different colour lol

Thanks for the feed back lads it looks like i am striping out the bay and specially after seeing that bay ^^^^^^^ up top ,i would have striped out everything anyway as i am a body sprayer to trade was not sure if it looses value of car further down the line.pics will be posted when done.Thanks again.
