Help needed

Hi I have a v5 99 uk turbo 2000,I have a little hole in the pipe from the air filter to the turbo. I put super glue over it I was wondering if this would cause overboosting cheers Corey

Why not replace the pipe

Am doing tomorrow when I pick new one up it was a short term fix just wanted to know if this was causing my over boosting problem

Probably as it will suck in extra air. Superglue won't be air tight .

Ok got my pipe now to take the inlet manifold off might be a job for tomorrow
