J4.
Easiest way is come off at J4 then Turn right off the roundabout.
Ignore the services turning and head up the short duel carrigeway.
At the lights Turn right (WATCH YOUR SPEED - coppers hide under the bridge in the dark with cameras and you don't see them until its too late).
Go under the bridge then turn right (small box to stop in iirc).
At the bottom of the hill the road looks to go straght on but its actually a no entry and bends to the right (you have right of way).
At the miniroundabout turn left.
Cams is 100yrds down on your right.
