at what power level does a standard newage 6 speed clutch require upgrading

Default at what power level does a standard newage 6 speed clutch require upgrading

provided one is treated with good mechanical sympathy at what power does a newage clutch become no good? what do people run them up to?

mine gave way at 430bhp ish and that was very sympathetically driven.

Mine been running 430 since Feb and still holding on touch wood!

BHP is not what you need to know to rate your clutch performance. Torque is what will kill it.
My stock clutch with 35k on it is holding good at 430ft/lbs at the moment.
It's driven reasonably sympathetically on the road, not on the track though

65k on 450ft/lbs Fck knows how its lasted as its been abused
