Default v5 sti idle problem

hi all

Ive just had a sports catted downpipe fitted to my v5 sti.

the idle speed is flicking between nearly stalling to around 1000rpms?

Anyone had similar/ diagnosis

Ive driven the car and it runs perfectly theres no hesitation although ive obviously not booted it as its needing mapped to suit the downpipe.

I would guess the lambda sensor is causing the issue due to being removed.
