Thought worth mentioning- bought a 5 speed reconditioned box and clutch (an organic one modified by API) 3 years ago, which has been used for various hillclimbs, track days etc over the time.

Yesterday managed a 2.29 second 64ft time on our local hill, which is the same as most of the race cars who run full slicks! In fact it matched some of the National competitors!

It was a 5.5k launch, and felt amazingly quick!

If the box or clutch let go tomorrow, it would be difficult to complain, but thought the testament may be useful for people.

I also managed to get a sub 50 seciond time, which is a real milestone over here, so very happy today!
