World Rally: Foot in the Door
Nick Moran narrates a series following hopeful candidates applying for their dream job. Three young mechanics are taken to Barcelona to work with Prodrive's Subaru World Rally Team, on the Catalunya leg of the World Rally Championship. Once the race is over, they will find out who gets the contract enabling them to become part of the Prodrive team - however, only one contract can be awarded

 

Seen it before. Not very interesting. Of the 3 lads they chose only one has any kind of mechanical expereince so its obvious who'll they are going to choose.
