Where/how much for aircon re-gas?

Hi

Looking at another thread on here, it appears the aircon should be regased every 3 years? If so, where/how much (preferably in south east).

Dont know if it is relevant, but car is MY00 UK spec.

Had mine done at http://www.autoclimate.co.uk/welcome.html for about £70. IMHO it did make a difference even though the car was 18 months old.
