93 l imprezza smd headlight bulbs

can anyone tell me which ones i need as i bought some and they only work on high beam... cheers

This is a '93 car on an "L" registration plate, yes?

If so, unless the lights have been changed, they headlight bulbs are H4.

I'm unsure what smd bulbs are.........

Do yourself a favour and send them back for a refund and get some BULBS. Not SMD/LED but old fashioned bulbs.

You have the right fitment, they are obviously faulty.

I'm all for new technology and energy saving, but I wouldn't have these in a car that I drove at night.
I'd imagine they are not road legal, anywhere, so definitely not the UK.

What made you go for these ones?
