Lincoln to Windermere via A1, A59 & A65

Lincoln to Windermere via A1, A59 & A65
Just arrived home from a very wet weekend in the lakes.
The journey on Friday evening was in absolutely appalling conditions, I was grateful for the AWD of the Subaru.
Although I was concentration on the driving I noticed a few nice looking cars, a blue LHD STi hatch on the A59 near Menwith Hill listening station.
Later on on the A65 we passed what I think was a WR1
In Windermere itself, after driving along a very flooded (in many places) A592 (lake Road), a nice looking metallic red classic & a silver classic with logos
Now back in dry Lincolnshire
