Hi All,
Can someone reccomend an oil for the following application:
3 Litre V6 Ford (as in 70/80's capris etc), now in a speedboat getting thrashed really hard.
Just to make this post relevant, the same boat will be towed behing my WRX when out of the water!

Hey PeteJ let me come with you to the coast!! 
I used to go water skiing round Brownsea Island!!!
Have no idea what oil to use - but I would have thought that depends upon the engine condition/mileage - if you change it after every good days thrashing then any good oil should do I would have thought?
