Default Td05 16? 20?

Just wondered which td05 should I be looking at and why, there seems to be different ratings like 16g or 20g also should I watch for different types of fitment as its for a classic wagon wrx 1995.

Cheers

Found quite a few for sale, is second hand ok or should you buy new.
