Default CV Joint Help please

Ok so took the boot of my CV joint, how can I tell its faulty, I am sure the jinggley noises are coming from the front drivers side and when turning the car on full lock make the car jumps, almost as if its struggling to turn

Not necessarily a symptom of a CV problem, if it's only "noisy/juddery" on full lock.

Could be power steering related or the usual torque bind of the centre diff.
