Default 18inch Inovit torques on a bug sti - clear brembos?

Ive just bought a set of Inovit Tarmacs (18s) as a second set of wheels for my bug sti. Am I going to need spacers to get them to fit over the front Brembos does anyone know? Didn't think I would so snapped them up but now I'm not so sure, can't find a definitive answer anywhere

Cheers

you shouldnt need spacers, i was looking at getting these in 18" and it tells you on car websites they fit 01-04 STI.

getting harder to find now as they dont make them anymore

Ah my mistake, they are Inovit Tarmacs not Torques. So to change the question - will 18inch Tarmacs fit over Brembos!? Cheers for the reply though!

No worries. Are there any downsides to using spacers out of interest?

I've heard that they put extra strain on wheel nuts and wheel bearings but I wouldn't expect this to be a great amount or to be dangerous (surely spacers would be illegal if it was dangerous)
