Away to remove driveshafts from 2007 Impreza STI,

I have removed from a classic before and the have a pin that needs knocked out (gearbox side) to remove the shaft however the newage doesn't have these..

Is it just a case of removing from hub side then pulling out??

 

Nobody able to help little stumped as the hawkeye doesnt seem to have roll pins drivers side..

 

Not sure when they changed the design but my 03 STi has the roll pins,however, later models have the drive shaft going into the diff. You need to drain some G/box fluid to avoid loss when you pull the shafts out.
