hi to all just bought myself a nice little 1999 impreza 2000 turbo uk spec
had a few bits done to it ecu tek remap walbro pump ss blitz exhaust etc
got it pretty cheap due to having no 3rd gear been looking around but didnt realise there was so many different types how do find which is right box for my car

If your car isnt running silly power then your best option is to get it rebuilt, its alot less than a 6 speed which will cost you around 2k, and as long as you are not silly, the 5 speed will do the job fine

PS, your transmission number is on the vin plate on the nearside suspension strut.
