I have a classic Scoob

The day after I bought the Scoob I bought a set of wheels from a guy on gumtree
The past couple of months that I have had the wheels on the car I sometimes
Hear the wheels rubbing on the arches.
The wheel size is 225,40,18 I think the wheels are a little bit to wide.

The question I would like to know is would getting my wheel arches rolled
Resolve the rubbing issues or would I need to buy another set of
Wheels at the size of 215,40,18

I am thinking of getting my car resprayed later on this year and would get the arches rolled when they do the respray.

Has anyone had their arches rolled and if so what size of wheels did you have
And did it resolve and rubbing issues.

i had the same problem pal,, i went for 225/35/18 tyres, rolled the arches and fitted some stiff coilovers and now all is fine

Worth checking the wheels are the correct offset for your car before doing anything!
